She is just the sweetest thing and her smile is like a little ray of sunshine. I’ve had the privilege of capturing this little girl’s photos from the very beginning…in fact one of my favorite newborn photos came from her session. While not technically the best photo ever, it always makes me smile whenever I see it:

And now she is two years old and so grown up.  Happy Birthday Miss Brooke.  Thank you for sharing your smiles with me! :)

They are my sweet sister-in-law Heidi and her husband Mike.  From July 2010 to this past weekend we’ve done engagement shoots, chronicled their wedding day, shot Heidi’s maternity session this weekend and in a few weeks….I’ll do their newborn photos!  They have had an incredibly busy and exciting year of life’s “firsts”, and I’m so honored that I’ve gotten to capture those precious memories for them!

So here is a preview of Heidi’s maternity session that we were able to squeeze in right before church on Sunday morning.  Heidi is literally about to pop and I’m expecting a call any day now that she and Mike are headed to the hospital to meet baby!  I’ve been dying to know if we’re adding a niece or nephew to our big crazy family; I never had enough patience to be surprised  with my own — I needed a gender-specific pronoun…lol.  And now I only have to wait a few more weeks….maybe even DAYS to find out!  So here are a preview of your pictures, Heidi & Mike.  I can’t wait to meet your sweet Baby Itty! :)   Love you guys.
